Tractebel has the longstanding expertise in the area of designing and developing simulators for varied fields. For providing the latest technology and right kind of environment, TECPL is backed by the expertise of its partner CORYS TESS (Corys), a Tractebel group company which provides state-of-the-art simulators for energy, transport and industrial process sectors. Corys is a world leading simulator manufacturer and has one of the largest client base of simulators in the world with over 150 simulators installed in 25 different countries on 5 continents.

Over the period we have acquired vast experience in developing simulators for nuclear power plants and Conventional Power Plants including coal – fired power plants, gas – fired power plants, combined cycle power plants, hydro power plants and diesel plants etc. This also includes electrical systems for transportation networks, distribution networks, industrial grid systems and dispatching systems. We also have capability to provide simulators for industries with complex control systems and thermo hydraulic systems.

Training Simulator

We offer tailor made training courses and studies, as well as a wide range of simulator training tool covering basic training, to troubleshooting, to driver assessment. We also provide a Computer Generated Images (CGI) track builder tool specifically developed for railway operators, an instructor station with powerful scenario and incident capabilities, a driver evaluation system and graphical train operation modelling system.

We specialize in Advanced Dispatcher Training Simulator (DTS) simulator for simulation of the transient stability for production, transmission networks and consumption. It is a real time physical modelling system of electromechanical transients which is used for simulating incident and accident situations such as short-circuit, voltage collapse, black-out etc.
